►AGE LIMITS Grades specified are school grades entered September 2011.  Preschoolers must be age specified by 9/1/2011 COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED FOR PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN AGED STUDENTS. 

►CHILDREN'S CLASS LEVELS ~ Levels I, IIA, IIB, IIC, III, IV and V are specific graduated dance levels determined by experience and ability.

►TEEN/ADULT CLASS LEVELS ~ Beginning, Continuing, Continuing/Intermediate, Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced and Advanced are specific graduated dance levels determined by experience and ability.  Advanced classes are limited to students who meet the class requirements and maintain consistency in attendance.   

 ►INSTRUCTION POLICY:    Instructors reserve the right to place all students in their proper class level and to move student to a lower level or removal from class due to excessive absences.  INSTRUCTORS NOTED IN SCHEDULE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

 ►REFUND POLICY:   Registration fees and Costume fees are not refundable. A refund of 50% of tuition if drop occurs on or before (Session I) Saturday Sept. 10; (Session II) on or before Sat. 11/12/11; (Session III) on or before Saturday 2/4/12; (Session IV) on or before Saturday 4/14/12. No refunds after 1st week of each session.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

► DANCE ATTIRE – FALL DANCE 2011 

►Jeans, street clothes or outer clothing NOT ALLOWED IN ANY CLASS.   Proper dance shoes MUST be worn on dance floors (dancing in stocking feet is strictly prohibited). Jewelry is NOT TO BE WORN.  Gum, food, and/or drinks  ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIOS.

►EVERY FEMALE STUDENT, 1ST GRADE AND OLDER, MUST own & wear a BLACK LEOTARD (sleeveless or short sleeved) as part of their dress attire FOR ALL CLASSES!  Students may also be REQUIRED to purchase additional leotards for their costume(s).

 ► PRESCHOOL:    Pink or Black leotard and light pink tights; pink ballet shoes.  Boys wear black jazz pants and white t-shirts; black ballet shoes.  PLEASE NOTE that dresses, skirts and tutus are not allowed in preschool dance classes and hair must always be pinned back and up.

 ► BALLET   (kindergarten through adult) :   BLACK or PINK leotards; light pink tights and pink ballet shoes (BLOCH ballet shoes are preferred); hair must always be pinned back and up. Boys/Men wear black sweats or jazz pants, white t-shirts and black ballet shoes.

 ►Junior HIP – HOP:    (Jr. HipHop I & II ~ grades 2^nd – 4^th)  BLACK jazz pants OR black cargo pants & black leotard & BLACK jazz  shoe; hair must always be pinned back or in ponytail (Jazz pants & Cargo pants available for purchase at Studio Office).

 ►HipHop (all other classes 5^th Grade +):  BLACK jazz pants OR black cargo pants & black leotard & BLACK jazz sneakers (these students must have BLACK JAZZ SNEAKERS - may be purchased through the studio office or at dance wear stores, or on-line); Hair must always be pinned back or in ponytail.   (Jazz pants & Cargo pants available for purchase at Studio Office.)

 ► JAZZ & LYRICAL:     Black Leotard and Black Jazz Pants, and Black Jazz Shoes ~ NO JAZZ SNEAKERS ~ hair must always be pinned back or in ponytail.

 ► TAP:    Black leotards and tights (tights tan or pink) or BLACK leotard and BLACK jazz pants; black tap shoes.  Dance shorts allowed with tights. No high-heeled tap shoes; hair must always be pinned back or in ponytail.  Men/Boys wear black jazz pants and white t-shirts; black tap oxfords.  NO JEANS NO STREET  CLOTHES !!

 ► MODERN:   BLACK leotards, footless Capri suntan tights (and BLACK spandex dance shorts at student discretion) ~ No shoes; hair must always be in bun

 ► POMDANCE:    Jazz attire (BLACK jazz pants & BLACK leotard), and BLACK jazz sneakers; hair must always be pinned back or in ponytail. 

► YOGA SCULPT & TONE & YOGA BOOTY BALLET®     Loose fit clothing, gym shoes, floor mat (also referred to as “sticky mat.”)

 ► ZUMBA:   Workout clothes, gym shoes (dance sneakers preferred), water bottle.
