TUITION SCHEDULE

(Tuition is calculated on each individual student as displayed below – not as a family.  However, there is only ONE FAMILY REGISTRATION fee ($20.00) to be paid.  There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.  Tuition for each Session is due before the new session begins.  Failure to pay tuition prior to the beginning of a new session will incur a late fee or student may be dismissed from class until tuition is made current)

Registration is on a “First Come ~ First Served” as registrations are received.  You can Register by mail, or by personally delivering your registration to the front desk of the Western Springs Recreation Center (1500 Walker Street, WS, IL) or the Studio Office, located on the 2^nd floor.  Registrations will be accepted starting July 16, 2010.  Make sure form is filled in completely, the WAIVER completed/signed, and a check made payable to Jo’s Footwork for the full amount of tuition AND registration fee is attached. Registrations without full payment will NOT be accepted. Phone registration/requests will NOT be accepted.   If there is a question or a conflict with a desired class, day or time, please call the studio office at (708) 246-6878, an alternate class will be suggested; also new classes will be added to quickly accommodate all students on waiting lists.  An annual $20.00, non-refundable, family registration fee is required.  Only one fee is paid per family, including teen/adult classes.  (Copy of Birth Certificate required for all Preschool and Kindergarten registrations.) Tuitions listed are for a 9-week session.  There are four 9-week sessions in the studio dance year for each student. Tuition is for an individual student!  Add the total individual class hours taken per week (not total family hours) and the corresponding tuition is the discounted amount due for that student per session. REFUND POLICY  Registration fees and Costume fees are not refundable.  A refund of 50% of tuition for session if drop occurs in 1st week of session.  No refunds after 1st week of session.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
