.SPECIALTY WORKOUT CLASSES for
Teens & Adults..

BALLET STRETCH with Jackie Farina, emphasizes properly warming up, stretch floor & barre exercises for tone, and a more limber body (meets on Saturdays only starting June 25 – students to bring floor mat).   

JAZZ WORKOUT with Jean Hartnett, a great way for cheerleaders, poms, and any adult looking to stay in great cardiovascular shape! (Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays).  

YOGA (teen/adults) with Paulette Delcourt (Wed morning (Level II) or Thursday nights) for 9-weeks.  A system of exercises for teens & adults looking to attain physical or mental control and well being. (Level II on Wed AM ~ No experience necessary for Thursday night ~ all students to bring own mat).  

ZUMBA Fitness ~ combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the ZUMBA participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing  

ADULTS ONLY (18+) Tap (Tues/Thurs); HipHop (Mon/Wed); Funk Jazz (must have 2-years of jazz) – Tues/Thurs
