Rounded Rectangle

Ballet Stretch (teen/adult)  With Jackie Farina, is designed for non-dancers and dancers.  Its emphasis is on properly warming up, stretch floor exercises for tone and a more limber body, and a basic ballet barre to center the body (dance experience is not required).

Funk Jazz (Adults Only)  A little jazz, hiphop & more. Check the schedule for further details.

NEW!! Tap Aerobics (adults)  A great cardiovascular dance class!

Pom Dance  For 5th- 8th graders. Offers training in pom technique and the elements of dance used in pom and is a great head start for those students looking to audition for high school dance teams!

Vinyasa Yoga (adults 18+)  Students connect postures using a dance-like movement, choosing the level of intensity which they practice. Each student will be prompted to focus on their breath, and to work within their own level of experience. Level I for beginners; Level II for advanced.   

Yoga for Kids! ages 7 to 11  With Paulette Delcourt ~ kids learn the foundation of a solid yoga asana practice through stretch, fun “animal poses and games.

Yogalates (adults 18+)   A mat based class focusing on core strength and flexibility using a combination of pilates movements and yoga poses.  Improves posture, balance, flexibility, and strength! Students bring THICK floor mat.

Musical Theater  For 3rd-4th graders. Contains 3 elements ~ movement/dance, singing, and acting. Class will explore all three with emphasis on movement/dance, plus exploration of shows regarding plot, talking style, character, music, lyrics, & dialogue.
