REGISTRATION ~
REGISTER NOW !!!
Registration is on a
“First Come ~ First Served” as registrations
received. Register by mail with the attached registration form.
Make sure form
is filled in completely, the WAIVER completed/signed, and a check made
payable to Jo’s Footwork for the full amount of tuition is attached.
Registrations without full payment will NOT be accepted. Phone
registration/requests will NOT be accepted. If there is a question or
a conflict with a desired class, day or time, please call the studio
office at (708) 246-6878, an alternate class will be suggested; also new
classes will be added to quickly accommodate all students on waiting lists.
An
annual $20.00, non-refundable, family registration fee is required.
Only one fee is paid per family, including teen/adult classes.
(Copy of Birth Certificate
required for all Preschool and Kindergarten registrations.)
REFUND
POLICY:
Registration fees and Costume fees are not refundable.
A refund of 50% of tuition for session if drop occurs in 1st week of
session. No refunds after 1st week of session.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Tuitions
listed are for 9-week sessions. There are four 9-week sessions in the
studio dance year for each student.
Add the total individual class
hours taken per week (not total family hours) and the
corresponding tuition is the discounted amount due for
that student per session.
